Wet Basin Has Runoff Forecast Moving Up; Snake Basin Precip 291 Percent Of Normal, June 1-14

Persistent, and uncharacteristically heavy, spring rains across the Columbia-Snake River basin have served to push up forecasts of the region’s spring-summer runoff by nearly 7 million acre feet, which would be a nice boost in what is expected to be a low-water year overall.
