2. FRAMEWORK EFFORT GETS $894,000 FOR FIRST PHASE

Development of a "framework" that could lead to a regional,
multi-species fish and wildlife recovery plan was given a boost Thursday
when the Bonneville Power Administration agreed to provide $894,000 for
the project’s first phase.
